It’s the end of the month…which means I tend to get a little more creative as a new month creeps in.
Today I decided to make some peanut butter protein balls. I have been trying to eat more whole foods this week and reach for fewer meal bars and shakes.
To make these bites I put the following in a bowl:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 splash of vanilla
- 3 scoops protein powder (I used Beneprotein this time)
- 1 cup oats
Form these into 1.5″ peanut butter bites. This batch made 12 bites. I like to keep them in the refrigerator for an easy to grab protein on the go!
