Its raining again! Great day to get up and meal prep for the week!
We had leftover meatballs the hubby made and I put those in the freezer for later this week in individual sized containers for easy work lunches.
Then I got to work. I started with some sausage and cheese egg cups and moved on to making a pot of chili (my favorite!). Then I decided to bake some chicken for the week and made another favorite…peanut butter proteins bites. The hubby loves dill dip so I made some lowfat dill dip and cut some carrots to go with it. We prefer to use whole carrots and take the time to peel and cut them because they taste SO much better than the bagged baby carrots.
I think we are all set until grocery day next week!
