Listening to Your Body

Well…I caught someone’s cooties this weekend and have pretty much been down since Saturday evening.

My steps are down to 60k for the last week and will probably fall further. I feel about 75% better and am thankful I was able to rest Sunday and most of today other than a few hours I went to work before they called a snow day.

What have I learned? Sometimes you HAVE to stop and listen to your body! I plan on taking it easy and hopefully will still be able to walk during lunches. I am taking extra vitamin C and going to get plenty of sleep at night the rest of the week!

Next week I will be stronger and back to the gym!
